Solution

 I drew the letters tss in the form of townhouse houses. The letter Z was drawn in the same style as the roof of the other houses, as well as in its geometric shapes you can see the frame of the house, the foundation, or individual blocks, bricks. And in general, the logo made not monolithic, and from the components as a reference to the fact that the company is engaged in modular construction.
