Solution

 For modernizing a logo the first step was to find and work on a new font because the previous font wasnt pleasing company`s modern spirit.Then the graphic element which is 3 stripes was redone in 3 different shapes: 1 stripe with and element at the end forwarded down, representing oil, 2 stripe forwarded up,to represent gas, and 3rd one rounded ,representing chemical idustry. For each stripe I used suitable color.
